if you watch any other nhl team they dont guard opponent entries like ours are. theres a problem at a strategic level, we literally play ourselves into a bad position as a design choice and make it hard on ourselves. Watch any other team match up and the entries arent so low %. we force ourselves to the wall and stay there while they laugh and sit back while we tire outselves out.

When they're active and forechecking and laying the body they get more opportunities.
Teams a bit snake bitten but small things like putting pucks on net or simply elevating the shots might do the trick.
They're not far from success right now.😊
It should be an easy loss for oilers. I expect at least 1 player bench tonight for lack of effort.
Oil need to get the lead…plain & simple…and then force the opponent to make defensive mistakes.
