Just trade Nemec already, what is the pojnt of having a 2nd drafted if he doesn't play. We all know Luke Hughes will always be your preferred option because Jack would have a fit if Luke was a healthy scratch. You can't really develop a player if he is sitting on his ass. Send him somewhere where he will actually get a chance.
