Maybe Florida. A lot of people are thinking their points are gonna drop big time from last season.

For the first time in a long time there isn’t a meme attacking the leafs. I feel left out

It’s hard to say the Panthers, but that’s only because you said « fanbase » and not « fan »

Probably Panthers. I can’t imagine they’ll do what they did last year again and their should be some pretty high expectations this year.

To be disappointed you have to have expectations in the first place.

I hope the Jets because the other 3 are in my top 4

WPG had something good going but don’t really see their defense holding up if Hellebuyck stands on his head

At first I saw the preds and wild and though “damn, where am I?”
Good thing I kept scrolling.

As a Wild fan, it will be hard to top the disappointment of last year but if any team can do it, it’s Minnesota. Go team!

I was gonna mention how the kings aren’t on here, but we go into the season with low expectations so all we can be is surprised if it works out.

I love Carolina but it feels like they will probably be a middle of the pack team this year.

I feel like the wild will and i say this as a fan. We had a good year last year but had a super tough first round, and I think a lot of fans are going to assume we’ll keep trending upwards. Our cap situation has made it hard to improve the roster, we’ve lost our spark plug in Fiala, and we got rid of our all star goalie. Obviously at this point our starter is Fleury and we’ve gotta hope he can have a great year

Isn’t the answer « The Leafs » every year? Fans are always planning a parade in October and crying end of May.

Wild for sure.

Florida. Although its not a disappointment if you understand the weakness of our roster now.

Darndangit Bob Saget not again!

As a Nashville fan I wasn’t that disappointed last year. We had a historic year and got to watch Jeannot turn into a monster while seeing some of the guys we paid big money finally produce. Ran into a wagon in the playoffs with a hurt goalie. I do think we will be even better this year though. I have more optimism for next year and highly doubt I’ll be disappointed but we will see 🙂

Not the leafs. We got our overpaid four, two back up goalies and a front office that’s running a first round exit back 😎 we know exactly where we’re going to end up. #FirstRoundExitChampions

Based on at least a century’s worth of experience, it’s got to be the Leafs.

Toronto when they miss the playoffs this year. Matthews will get injured early and the goaltending will nose dive. You heard it here first!
