Either fix the cap loophole or do away with the salary cap.
What’s the point? Same teams finishing last every year and teams technically over the cap winning cups.

I remember when the Devils were bankrupt and most likely going to relocate, and they couldn’t even pay their bills, let alone entice talent with big contracts

In my own non professional option add salary cap in the playoffs OR had teams with higher state income get that amount in extra cap. Book level playing field so(hopefully) no one complains
