   I agree with this 100%. His floor is really high. Nothing is a guarantee but I think he is going to thrive.

   « cap-strapped » maybe but A: we have super Joe and B: tones of prospects about to join the mix. OO and Ben Meyers just off the top of my head. Not to even mention our core is like mid 20s.

   Right now the biggest issue of the Avs is center depth. If/when Mackinnon is out for injury (as he has been almost every year), the top two centers look pretty weak. (Rodrigues/Compher?)
