How legit is this? Why is Foley interested? What makes him think he can profit etc?
As an Englishman who is an avid football fan (Newcastle) and a Golden Knights follower, this is interesting.
Bournemouth are a team that go up and down divisions lately but definitely have the potential to stay in the Premier League, which is obviously where the money is.
The town is decent size, not much else going on sports wise (rugby etc) and is relatively affluent, I’m guessing the price would be fairly cheap too considering recent team sales and the small assets (stadium c12k) so I guess that’s a plus.
If you had to choose another sport’s head coach to coach AFC Bournemouth, which sport would be best? 2nd question, which coach would you choose?
Personally, if it’s a generic coach, I’d take hockey. Though if its any coach, I’d probably take Popovich

Interesting. As an Arsenal fan, I’m torn here but it makes sense. Lots of these American owners are trying to get in the English pyramid.
