So awesome to see Boyer and the squad in action! 🐙🐙🐙
Truly, the unsung heroes of Hockeytown! ❤🏒
Unsung hero's of the game! Great job gentlemen!
As sharp a team behind the benches as they have on it! Keep up these behind the scenes vids!
I thought I appreciated the work these guys do.. I was wrong, I had no idea how much they do!!!
Incredible to see all that goes on behind the scene. Paul Boyer and team do an amazing job and work an unbelievable schedule in support of the team.
Being a former player, I have all the respect in the world for these guys!
This was informative and incredible. Thanks guys for all you do👏❤️
Hope the team appreciates these guys!!!
Gotta love Paulie! One of the best out there!
More videos like this please. 👌
Do guys break in thier own sticks that you pack or when they break them on ice they use a brand new stick?
So, do the equipment guys decide where the players sit in the stalls?
And how much does this gig pay?
very cool process video
Great insight. Looks easy but that’s what makes it hard.
I love behind the scenes content! Please more of that (:
This is cool – nice to see the behind-the-scenes stuff and the unsung heroes!
Treated so well. Endless sticks, skates, and gloves. every players dream. I wish someone would ask Larkin why he switches between Bauer and CCM sticks like every month lol
These guys never really stop working except maybe having some time off during the off-season.
None of this video shows how much extra work they need to do for home games, as they are not only responsible for doing their own team's laundry, but also the opposing teams' laundry.
They are also responsible for doing jersey setups, equipment repairs and ordering, plus ensuring they pack extra spare equipment for all road trips.
The sheer number of total hours per season they are probably on their feet just sharpening skates must be incalculable.
This is fascinating – I love the behind-the-scenes, in-depth look at other aspects of the organization rather than just the on-ice product. Keep it coming!
very informative .Please do more behind the scene
This is my dream job
Seems like difficult work – tons of detail and responsiveness required but repetitive, up late, lots of travel. Thanks for the honest look into this process.
Best job ever eh, travelling with boys, helpin them out, contributin for team, chillin, watchin hockey! Man that's awesome right!
If they were playing the Lighting, why were they leaving from Fort Lauderdale?
Equipment staff need more recognition. Used to throw in cash in a pot for the guys doing it for free
Not just 25 players win the Stanley Cup. An entire well-greased and competent group of individuals behind the scenes are the un-sung heroes.
Great video of some of these un-sung heroes.
This looks better than playing in the nhl
I just have a hard time, waiting for the guys, to gear up for preseason. It's going to be a fun season this year. 2022-2023 once again, a playoff team.
Do you really need that many spare laces? 🤔
Love watching these! Dream job to be honest!
Great content!
This is a dream job 😍 to be around equipment all day would be amazing
I've always liked the equipment staff's perspective. There are a thousand tiny details that they execute flawlessly in order to make sure the players are able to perform to their highest levels.
someones gotta buy them a new truck, and give it a sweet paint job, that door on the back is sad
I can't wait for this season
This was incredible to see and get a new perspective on! I don’t think I can watch a hockey game the same way again, and I wouldn’t want to. Mad respect for what these guys do for the team. LGRW!!
Id think it would be cool for the player to have to not wear a suit for every game. I know the players more than likely wish they were like the NFL and could wear what ever they desire
Great presentation. Love hearing the raw live sound rather than loud stock music.
Do all you Wings fans know who won the Stanley Cup last season?
Man it’s a lot of work and crazy hours but so cool. Every guy would love that job
Making sure all the equipment shows up is just as important as the player themselves showing up 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Very interesting! Do they get paid for the off season?
