yes ! Otawa dont have to be shy cause they are a top tier teams this years so the new add and the look of the team, this is normal the rookie teams is not that strong but good alot of good things came from thoses rookies events. I wish this were a official thing at the real arean to prepare kids to the big league. Lets say 5 games each to bring rookies in the spot should be a normal thing since the league dont let players go in world hockey junior or else.
Buffalo was my favirute game, alot of errors came up and the video teams will learn alot from thoses errrors and will be able to target issues already in training sessions. 🙂
Simoneau Beck and Mesar were the best in this tourney.
Mesar and Beck both 18 years old playing really well.
Sorry but Lots of question marks when it comes Slaff – playing average at best..
the litle guy that throws his hat off at 2:30 kills me
Imagine the poor guy that has to look up to Parker Jones’ chin and say “sorry, ur not ready for the NHL”
English please don't talk to bzzss ghjkki
Go Habs Go!
bon match de coulombe
J😮😊😅
Beck makes think of Lecky (he also wore number 62 during the tournament T_T) but if he played center. Very happy we drafted him. Also on Slaf, he's 18, it's a prospect tournament so idc if he tries stuff there, it's his moment. He'll get used to the smaller rink, and if he gets into the real training camp (which he'll for sure be making I think), he'll be sourrounded with NHLers that can give him tips and tricks to be better. For those who said he was absent this game, this is caused by him probably criticising his own game (and maybe seeing the critics) saying he made too many turnovers during the first game he played. Now, we're complaing about his absence on the scoresheet, but when I saw a couple of his plays, I was amazed by how he managed to create space for himself considering his size. He's not the most speady, but it's still impressive that he can carry 240 lbs arround at the speed he can reach. He seems to already have a good hockey IQ paired with some good and intelligent passing and I think that's the change he did for today's game. Instead of doing 1 vs 5 in the middle, he went arround the corners buying time to let his teamates come into the zone to try and create a play with a clever pass (ex: that pass he did to Beck while 2 Ottawa players were on him). He ajusts his play and I can't wait to see him feed some unreal passes to Caufield just for him to put it in an empty cage. There's time, let him do what he can do, it's already impressive that he came 1st overall but also that he reached the NHL itself. I have hopes, but I don't wanna add more pressure on him. Hopefully he pans out, I'm sure that with the new upper team and what we're building that he'll be well surrounded and helped.
lmao the kid at 2:31 has me rolling
Slaf makes good plays, he's big, heavy and fast, with more experience he will be a very good player.
4:03 ouch 🤕
Solid hockey game. Prospects looking good. Bravo!
bizarre de camp ou est ottawa
Awesome job boys, what a game!!
Barron/Ghule…Studs for years! 👍
I love how excited Philip Mesar gets about the sweet passing play on the goal at 4:50 of the video. He knows he didn't even get an assist on the play, despite making the zone entry and the initial pass. But regardless, he is just so pumped about it being a beautiful goal! Absolutely love the attitude of the new draft class! Habs management seems to be doing a great job at finding the right people for playing in the Montreal market, who happen to also fit with what the organization needs in the long term! Let's go les gars!!! 🔵⚪🔴
Holt shit, the canadiens are going to bully other teams on the ice in the coming years.
Ciboire Xhekhaj l’a pêté bin raide😂😂
A couple of things I am looking forward to. 1- Montreal has so many new players taht can carry the puck into the zone and the team won't have to always rely on the dump and chase. 2- I think Coulomb will be a Montreal future goalie and 3- Simonau, for his size has impressed and then you have the regular mentions of Slaf, Beck Trudeau etc.
TOO EZ
What is this ?? Is this pre season ?
2:30 Lmao that little kid getting upset about the goal is too funny
is lane hutson playing?
Beck will be better than Wright!! 😎
Simoneau = Desharnais v2?
My time seeing Guhle, very mobile.
Why does Owen Beck is a second round pick ????
THIS IS A STEAL!
Slavy can't score for his life but good passer
simmoneau underrated
Trudeau, darkhorse of the tournament
can't look at that jersey..
Mesar looking really good. Hope he can quietly develop into a stud while the focus is on Slaf
bon tournoi
