Thanks RJ, thanks for calling practically every game since this franchise started, for making me the insane Buffalo Sabres fan I am, for making me dedicate my free time to this team, for calling the games with the same pride joy and excitement even when we aren’t doing well, for spending your entire life calling these games. I can’t thank you enough Mr.Buffalo Sabre because that’s what you are, the face of this franchise, you are the reason why we are still relevant. Happy retirement. I’ll miss you RJ
Perfect game to end the season. First Malcolm Subban sings the perfect national anthem. Sabres win it in OOOOvertime, perfect last call for RJ. Fans literally doing the wave in the stands. Then they memorialized his career by changing the color of the niagra falls to blue white and gold. What an honor. What a game, what a season, what a team!
