Spoken from a Canes fan, I think the Rangers have a better chance of beating the Lightning than the Hurricanes. Carolina doesn't have a goaltender who can play on the same level as Vasilevsky is playing right now. Igor can. It should be a great series.
We need a player who takes the game on the scruff of the neck, we have no main goal scorer, or a player who no team wants to play against. We are the only team in the playoffs who don’t have that. Hence why we couldn’t win on the road and couldn’t make use of all our chances. Even though we had loads of chances we didn’t even look that threatening. Easy win for the rangers. Very very disappointed.

BUT ill tell ya, listening to these guys call this series on ESPN was DREADFUL ( I love MESS and CHELIOS. ) BUT the play by play was painful to listen to, especially as a Rangers fan – it made listening to the series similar to watching paint dry. Who ever was calling in between the benches (don't know his name) did nothing but talk about what CAROLINA had to do to get back into games or what they had to do to hold leads etc IT WAS SO OBNOXIOUS. I hope we don get these guys again in the East Final.. smh
Awesome Series NYR. We are never out of it. Love this team, goalie, and coach. Lets not repeat 2015. WE WANT THE CUP!!!
PS Anybody notice they clipped out the part when that dude goes "NEVERMIND" after the 5th NYR goal haha

As an Islander fan I'm going to be a little jealous when the Rangers do what we couldn't do the last two years against Tampa.
