There is this thin line between thinking too much and having a play system that can be also tweaked. Secret of Jalonen's success is right there being able train the team to install and switch tactics and pace in short notice. Most important aspect of success in high level is team chemistry – oust bullies from team, play for each other before anything else – and Jalonen is not at least destroying chemistry.
