Ironic that it’s scheifele talking about the leadership when he & wheeler are the main problem as far as the team’s leadership is concerned. The jets need a complete overhaul of the organization. From the management to the teams leadership to the actual capabilities of the team. It’s all far from competent & needs to be changed.

After what this guy and Wheeler pulled on Laine, he's the last person I'd expect to hear from. Get Kyle Connor or Ehlers on the mic, not this guy.
Considering him and the other “leaders” on the team created what was called by some reporters “the most toxic room in NA” I don’t think he should have an opinion on the matter. Also I can’t forgive for the Evans hit.
If wheeler isn’t the captain schiefeles voice isn’t as loud , time for a someone else to step up and take over ! Hopefully PLD
