Got an older guy here, at work, who claims Raincouver is a "hockey town"❓️❓️❓️At best, they have a core, cult of real supporters. They don't even have hockey on in bars most of the time…other sports will often come first, like basketball or MMA. Only Canucks games or playoffs…sometimes. Moved here over 3 decades ago, born & raised in The 🇺🇦 Chuck, a former Dynasty season ticket holder. Vancouver is a bandwagon, sports town at best…too many diverse cultures, distractions & not a "snow" city like the other 6 NHL clubs.

The games have had some sloppy play, but this series I hope goes to 7. I love seeing these teams play in a round together for the first time in a while.

Whats the deal with these top players, I started seeing it with Matthews, their mouthpiece hanging out the side of their mouth. They're chewing on it like a baby pacifier. How did that become a big hit among many players? The purpose of a mouthpiece is to protect the teeth.
The people ranting about Oilers offense got me going 😂. This is not a story of incredible oilers offense, it was a story of a Calgary defense that went on vacation.. They capitalized when it mattered and I'll give them that – it wasn't some sort of all-star offense though like everyone would love to portray it. It was just brutal defense.

Great game by McD, Drai and Kane. When the flames score, I can't see if Kane gets his stick broken by the tackle, if he breaks the stick by slashing his opponent, or if he gets his stick broken by his opponent and then Kane slashes him with the broken stick. All options are perfectly plausible to me.
I've watched this video a few times now and if Kane keeps up this rate the Oilers are gonna torch a lot of teams this coming season. He is the finisher the Oilers have been looking for. I think Kane McD and BigD are gonna have a wild scoring season.
