That’s why I love following this team whatever the state of it is. It is never boring, we probably are the most entertaining team news wise for the past 6 years
Are we really gonna be that bad? I know they are young but why does it automatically contribute to no wins.
Am I the only one that *thinks* we won’t be as bad this year and *potentially* a fringe playoff team?
– The likelihood we suffer due to injury (man-games lost record!) is slim.
– Defense is our biggest question mark, but if one prospect takes an immediate jump and some other guys take a step forward, the defensive hole isn’t as bad as it seems **right now**. But, none of this may happen.
– Goaltending scares me too, but Monty and Allen had **abysmal** support last season. We could see things turn around for them.
Granted, a lot of this is being optimistic, but I feel more on the optimistic side than being pessimistic about the season. Could be me, but I’m excited.
There’s plenty of reasons for new motivation this year.
Edit: and frankly, I like everyone sleeping on us.
Ah shit. I forgot we traded Petry. Dang.
