go bolts!
thoughts & prayers for the Jets
Jets @ Lighting
As a fan of Jets I know that they're not gonna make it to playoffs this season but I'll keep praying and hoping that someday Jets will win their first Stanley Cup.
Good luck Lightning in the playoffs.
Edit: Avalanche beat the Lightning in 2022 Stanley Cup Finals.🏒🥅🏆
Jets suck haha
W lightning
Silly Thrashers, thinking you can hang w/Tampa smh.
What a game to be at
Very good job! Let’s go Bolts!
The average goals per game this season in the NHL is insane, I try to figure out why and how and I think it's that teams have figured out how effective screen shots and redirects are… Even the best goalies in the world can't stop a puck shot at 90mph that glances off another stick at the last microsecond.
Paul finally hit someone with at least half a check and he ended up getting a goal. Maybe he will start using his size.
LETS GO JETS WOOOOOOO
Both goalies were last seen making easter preparations at home prior to the game
damn 5 unanswered goals
getting hot at the right time
Both goalies struggled, in part because there were so many in close deflections and odd-man rushes. Sloppy D overall despite not allowing many shots. There were also a couple I thought Elliot could've had. E.g. the early Conner breakaway. He was forced onto his backhand bc of the angle and a defender potentially being able to cut off his forehand. Instead of during transitioning into the paddle down crouch/post-hug, he dove forward. The other better option making a sweep pokecheck with the goalie stick but keeping proper body positioning. It was odd. I get how tough breakaways with speed are to stop for goalies but he had some factors to help him there.
