Losing will be a lot easier to take for me as a Capitals fan if I do not have to put up with lame "Cleveland Browns" insults from Yinzer Penguins fans.
That being said, congrats to the Panthers for winning the series. You were the better team, and I wish you guys the best moving forward. On a personal note, if you do face the Penguins in the ECF, do me a favor and give them heck. Anything to stop their Yinzer fan base from reaching for low hanging fruit to insult us.
From what I’m hearing, a rebuild and transition needs to happen for the Capitals.
Caps were a hell of an opponent, I honestly mean that. After game 3 I was ready to quit on the Cats. You guys had us beat mentally and physically. I want to thank the Caps for hitting the Cats hard and prepare them for the next round. My hats off to the Caps, but, man does this feel good to get over the dreaded first round curse!!! I thought for sure the speed would dominate Washington, I was wrong!

This is by far one of the coolest things you can ever see. After playing against each other for a couple of weeks. Hitting each other taking each other into the boards. Like they want to knock out the other guy for the rest of the game. Fighting each other and I mean really really fighting. But after all of this they line up in the middle of the ice and shake hands and wish each other luck. THIS IS WHAT THE GREATEST GAME IN THE WORLD HAS BEEN DOING. FOR THE PASS HUNDRED YEARS. IT'S CALLED RESPECT FOR EACH OTHER AND THE RESPECT OF KNOWING HOW IN FEELS TO BE ON THE LOSING END. I JUST BELIEVE IT'S ONE OF THE GREATEST THINGS IN ALL SPORTS. FLORIDA PANTHERS GO AND WIN THE CUP FOR G. AND G TOOK OVER THE SERIES IN THE PASS COUPLE OF GAMES. HE IS PLAYING OUT OF HIS MIND.
