Part of me doesn't want to see another team ever win 3 in a row BUT I am admire the character, grit and commitment to winning that hasn't been seen in 40 years… shades of the never say die New York Islanders…… you gotta love Tampa's resolve just as the critics are putting them to bed……they seem to have something greater than just a super fast skilled, crisp young team like the Av's…. Very few see the intangible of heart, grit, character that it takes to win 3 in a row before and after the salary cap history…. it's transcends sports…… it's special to see this .. Now I hope that the cheap shot on Kucherev will not cost them this……
the more I think about it this series reminds me of the 82-83 Stanley Cup final between the New York Islanders and the young fast Edmonton Oilers. Critics etc wrote off the Islanders…. BUT their character and grit with skill rose up above just skill and they transcended sports and almost one 5 in a row …. see this for the first time almost 40 years later….. it's magic to see them silence the critics…. just hope the Kucherev injury doesn't dis rail there drive for 3………

Wow 😮 completely different game
This game gave me a freaking headache! I was so angry when Josh Manson gave the puck to a Lightning player in OUR zone and they scored on us! This game was ABSOLUTE trash! I really hope that Pavel Francouz starts Game 4 because he has been on the ice for the past month because Kuemper has been injured. Otherwise, we will have a lower chance of being the Stanley Cup Champs!

Av's blew a big opportunity to put a stranglehold on this series by sleepwalking through game 3. If they don't win the cup, that game, not game 2 will tell the story of this series…
I didn't see the part where the Avs defenseman blatantly went after Kucherovs surgically repaired hip. Seems to be the Avs way. When they get beat they take out the other teams best players. I think it was Toews against the boards. He crosschecked Kucherov right between the soft spot of the pants and chest pads and put his entire weight on his stick into Kucherov's hip. There is a no doubt about it camera angle. I get hockey, I used to play and understand emotions and payback but there are specific players you just dont go after like that. I mean that's a NHL stars career. What if Cernek goes after Landeskogs repaired knee or Mackinnon's wrist or hand he injured fighting at the end of the season? It's just not good for the game and no way to truly beat another team!
The overturned goal changed the whole fabric of the game and the series. Lightning will find a way to win even if it means cheating. Avs will lose in 6 games

Would be a better series if there was more old time hockey. so much finesse out there and not enough controlled aggression. Everyone terrified to draw a penalty which is WAY WAY to easy to do in todays game. One little tilt in a game now and everyone is talking about it. Wow how sad.
