  1. As an Avs fan, I do like watching the Lightning. This was the finals I was hoping for. Such a good series. I was honestly somewhat scared when Colorado went up 2 games to none. Because Tampa came back from 2 games down 2 other times in the playoffs, they knew how to come back. I only couldn't see Tampa win another because of Maroon. He's a goon and I'm glad he didn't bring home another one. Congrats to everyone! Avs for the Cup and TB for the strong showing. Nothing to be ashamed of!!

  2. The end of this video is truly the happiest thing I've seen. The extreme joy each of the Avs express is beautiful. I'm proud to have supported them all season long. ❤️

  3. A Stanley cup win at home is one of the greatest atmospheres you can experience. sadly Tampa didn’t see that this year

  4. That Colorado blue line, I mean dang. All of the sudden every average goalie wants to play in Colorado.

  5. What happens when Tampa has to play a team above their punching weight? Much props to the lightning, though. Not like they haven’t knocked on the door for the last decade.

  6. Amazing job to the boys pulling through the year with injury’s penalty’s and ect. After 21 long years they’ve done it they’ve one the Stanley cup and I can’t wait for them to with more congrats boy! GO AVS!!!

  7. A month later and I'm still choked up watching this… I was 14 the last time. I'm 35 now with a toddler of my own.

  8. ☆☆CONGRATULATIONS TO THE COLORADO AVALANCHE ☆☆FOR A STANLEY CUP CHAMPIONSHIP SEASON ☆☆IN 2022

  9. Bumped into Gabriel Landeskog and his Dad Tony in Stockholm on Tuesday. He was allowed to have the Stanley Cup with him for the day. What a lovely down to earth gentleman.

  10. "Amazing", "great job", "I'm so happy for you"…
Couldn't have said it better myself! 🙂

  11. No Kucherov tantrum at the bench? Many of us would like to hear what he was saying.

  12. Fun fact: The cut you see on Mac's had at 18:51 is from him and EJ falling to the ground after winning the Cup lol.

  13. i see comments saying the avs didnt beat anyone good to get to the finals. that tampa battled harder to get there. we beat both of the most recent stanley cup champions and completely shut down a scary oilers offense that came back to send the flames home in game 7. avs played the most dominant playoff hockey ive scene in years.

  14. corey perry literally gave the lightening nothing but penalties this year

  15. Jon cooper was right about something. This series was destined to go to game 6 and 7s. Two extremely good hockey teams going head to head.

  16. So proud of Kadri being the first Muslim ever to win the cup and hes from my hometown.

  17. This is the best thing NHL has put out on SCF. It was an amazing series and truly one where you didn't want either team to lose or it to end (and I'm a huge Avs fan saying that).

But the highlight is that hug Landry & his wife give, the "we did it" and the pride and the I love you. Just…amazing. They can never take away from you that you were the best team in the world in 2022.

  18. As much as I hate the Colorado avalanche. What a team was put together by Sakic and what a performance by them. Imagine if they had a stud between the pipes. Mad respect from the opposition.

  19. Aube Kubel dropping the cup on the ice as he came in for the group photo and giving it a flat spot on the bottom has to be one of the classic moments of the cup celebrations!!

  20. "They did it, the job is done and they will lift Lord Stanley a Mile High!" -Greatest quote in NHL history!
