For all the talk of such a bright future for the Rangers, it appears that they are getting it done this year with veterans having exceptional years and a phenomenal goalie, so instead of being ahead of schedule, is it possible that their best opportunity to win might be in the next few seasons? Their high draft picks are looking like average players so far and their cagey vets are carrying them, so the window on the future might not be as wide open as you think.
Going on almost 2 decades of watching the Rangers play absolutely horrible and get bailed out by their goaltending it's mind blowing. Georgie believes he can be a starter in the league and he proved it tonight. Will be sad to see him traded today. I hope he can stay consistent wherever he goes except when he plays us lol
Tip of the hat to the Rangers. Goal tending was on point. Despite being out shot and out played they pulled out the win. As a Canes fan this was the hardest game of the season to watch for me personally. I don't think Canes necessarily did anything particularly wrong they just couldn't seem to get one in the net. A loss is a loss though. Gotta find ways.
I gotta say this; As a Ranger fan, it looked the the Canes were much faster and had longer puck possession and still were not able to take advantage. G-Man was a wall at goalie this game!
How's that feel canes exactly how us avs fans felt after that dumb lucky weak shot that got a lucky bounce that happened to trickle in and that was that for the abs that night
