need to fix their horn by upgrading it to a new one (not replace the model, just get replace the current horn with a new one of the same model)
Horn doesn't sound as loud most games. This started back around 2002 though. I read the NHL has limits on sound now and how loud the horns and music is allowed to be. Before 2002 I notice the horn and organ was much louder in person. Like very loud and Blues go Marching in would sound a lot louder after goals too. Then around 2002 the volume turned down. i remember game 6 against the Canucks in 2003 with the thunderstix you could hardly even hear the horn after the 3 goals. I live in FL now but I used to have season tickers with the Blues and sat in section 311. The horn wasn't very loud up there at all. Someone also said the organ isn't that loud. The main reason is they have a live organist now. From 1996 to 2007-08 they used a synthesizer that was connected to the organ and it played automated tunes. That is way it sounded so loud and rich. Now they have a live organist. Also, it depends on who's working the sound system at the games too and controlling the sound. That's also why some games the music sounds louder than others. being a season ticket holder you notice stuff like this after going to each game. Go on here and watch games from 2001 from ESPN and you will see what I mean how loud the fog horn sounded back then.
