I don't understand all of these Avs fans who are surprised that St. Louis is giving the Avs problems. St. Louis isn't flashy but the Blues are a solid, physical, veteran team that is a tuff match-up for the Avs. They have a lot of players who were on their Cup-winning team 3 years ago. They know how to win in the playoffs. They are not great but they are very good across the board and Binnington is a proven championship goalie. They frustrate teams like Colorado with fundamental defensive play and they block a lot of shots. If the Avs don't adjust and figure things out offensively, they will not win this series.
