Two points is nice, but I was hoping for a blowout. Nothing against the Coyotes, but they are seriously down on their luck and after the Caps' incredible win over the Avs I wanted to see them destroy an ailing team.
Power play was 0 for 4, which is not acceptable or reassuring.
If the Coyotes end up moving I'll feel bad for their fans because they exist and many are dedicated, but I personally think they should go to Milwaukee or Green Bay. Unbelievable that Wisconsin has no NHL team honestly. Indianapolis could also work.
Could have scored more but a shutout and complete control of the game is just another feat for this Caps squad. They've been incredible this entire month!
I say let Vitek play a couple more games and see if he can get hot before reverting back to Samsonov, Vitek is the more poised, professional goalie it seems

Such a low power game that "what? he drinks soda on the bench??" is a highlight!
To me, Ovi's slapshot is like watching a home run hitter just ripping them in practice.
