1. According to the article discussed today the Coyotes could be sold soon, what does this mean for their future?

  2. They are gonna stay, Barroway made it clear that He wants to sell the team to someone that makes going to keep the Coyotes in Arizona

  3. If they do leave I think they should go to Hamilton or a 2nd team in Toronto, we need more Canadian teams

  4. The coyotes should move to Seattle and Quebec should get the expansion team . That would be the perfect scenario,
And what about the Florida panthers that always have poor attendances.

  5. A few thoughts on Barroway. First and foremost he is an investor, he bought control of the franchise from a motivated seller at a "discount" so if he can turn a profit then its simply the cost of doing business. There are quite a few headaches with the franchise and the manner of its business operations. I have talked with Andrew more than once about the team. He has always been swift in his response, however over the last few months and going into the season he hasn't been active at all which is very un-barroway like. Take that for what it is. Finally IF he could relocate, he would have done so. The franchise is essentially "locked" into Arizona until something can be worked out with the NHL and its board of governors. Remember that the NHL owned the team and the team filed for banktuptcy and nearly moved to Hamilton. Its an ugly sordid story that is still working itself out.

  6. Quebec coyotes. Arizona not a Hockey market .former Winnipeg. Why not moved to Quebec. .already have Vegas. Now former thrasher is Winnipeg. Canadian markets is good .Quebec already has arena .Seattle to west. Moved oilers and flames to others division

Two sources indicate there is some legitimacy to this report, with both noting it is predicated on keeping the team in Arizona. Financial deals are complex so we’ll see how & if this plays out, including what Barroway’s future role with the franchise would be if a sale occurs.

  8. This team will never make a dime in the desert. Relocation is the only way it will ever make money. Quebec is ready right now.

  9. At this point, they absolutely SHOULD be on the move…and quickly, to Quebec City, before Houston gets that house in order! Houston could afford an expansion fee, Quebec City could only handle relocation.

Sort the divisions and conferences out later…remember when Winnipeg played in the southeast division? Worked out fine for them, they were just happy to be back!

  10. If Arizona Coyotes is going to move to Quebec and become Quebec Nordiques, then move Detroit Red Wings from Atlantic Division in the Eastern Conference to Central Division in the Western Conference to balance eight teams in each division and 16 NHL teams in each Conference, including Seattle as the 32nd team who will start for 2021-2022 season.

  11. If the NHL wants to make the coytes profitable just sell them to the LHM group and move them to salt lake city

They hosted an Olympics once, Im pretty sure the city has a hockey market

  12. Move the Coyotes to Quebec City the Centre Videotron will be sold out every night Quebec deserves a team
