  1. From an Avs fan thank you for doing these videos, I love seeing the perspective of an opponent fan. Tampa can definitely make it for the 4th time in a row to the cup and I will cheer for them as I have so much respect for the Lightning fan base/team… Can't wait to see what happens next year!!

  2. It’s tough to swallow but honestly couldn’t be more proud of our team these last 3 years, especially in the SALARY CAR ERA. Insane man. Also, if people are really out here still saying “ċȏṿıԀ ɞȗɞɞʟє" or “ċѧƿ ċıяċȗṃṿєṅṭıȏṅ" not only grow tf up, but quit living in the past and watch as we continue to pollish our two rings
Avs fans, cherish it, celebrate hard, but keep in mind, our boat parades are superior, don’t @ me

Also quick question, in one of your videos you said you went to PHSC?

  3. This is also the first year that the Lightning had to start every series on the road, and they still made it back to the final! Remarkable. As an Avs fan, I can’t even describe the feeling I got when the Avs dethroned the champs, but I give all my credit the the Bolts as well for everything they accomplished these past three seasons.

  4. I was in downtown Denver 21 years ago when they last won the cup in game 7 against the Devil's. It's still hard to believe that was 21 years ago!

  5. Nice to see someone see our avs and give them the respect they deserve I never had the chance to see vasy play as much as I did this series and holy shit is he good! Nothing but respect to Tampa bay and most of there fans and except perry and marroon(piece of shits) lol 😂

  6. Lightning fan here! Wonderful content! You have a bright future! The Avs were clearly the better team this year. The fact that the Lightning took it to 6 games with 2 of those games going to overtime and the 2-1 final games was amazing! The fact that those games were close brings out the microscope and passion in all fans!!! As for all the hate on Cooper, would love for you to do a segment on him to educate the good fans. He does so much for the community and his players love him. If he makes a mistake he owns it! Which he did!!! Congrats to the Avs! Would love to see a healthy series next year! ✌️

  7. Went to all the Tampa games since the rangers series so proud of these guys for defeating the rangers the aves deserved the cup once the series was 3-1 GG we will see you November bolts nation ⚡️

  8. You are truly a hockey fan you win some you lose some I have been a Avalanche fans ever since they came to Colorado…🤗

  9. Quick thing no discredit to the lightning who went back to back and created a dynasty but they beat dallas who wasnt that good and montreal who werent good as well could that have had and impact

  10. Huge Avs/Nordiques fan since 1993. Tampa fans can take pride in the fact that the Avs used the Lightning as a “measuring stick” during their rebuild. The games they would play in the regular season were like playoff games to the Avs. Tampa was happy to give them a few hard lessons. But the Avs learned a lot from the Lightning on how to find a way to win games. Both are great teams and will be cup threats for years to come.

  11. Well done sir. I really enjoyed the honest analysis during the finals. Go Avs, and have to live the fight and talent of the Lightning.

  12. Okay this was the dream final for me because I like the Lightning and Avalanche. Grew up liking the Rays Avalanche and Lightning too.

  13. People who blame referees for losses are the truest losers. Any real sports player understands you gotta play better than a really bad call or two or three if you want to guarantee your win, and that in the end it all evens out, especially in a 7 game series. What comes around goes around. Thank you for making that point

  14. I will add I've loved your commentary during the series (Avs fan). It has been insightful and though of course leaning Lightning has been some of the most real takes of the games I have seen. Like, wow, you've been spot on. It's weird but (Broncos fan) I have mad respect for chiefs fandom too, dating back pre-Mahomes lol. Cheers

  15. I live in Denver and this one hurts . If wasn't for the good people I work with I know that are Diehard Avalanche fans I probably wouldn't have gotten over this loss as quickly. This one for some reason is worst than losing to Chicago I'm 2015 tho

  16. 160th comment – even though I'm a bit glad as a Panthers fan that 3-peat won't be taken to my grave, I can solemnly say that the rivalry between Lightning and Panthers is now historically one-sided… and I honestly thought the 3-peat was going to happen as the Lightning knew how to battle their way through tougher opponents!

  17. Avs made my mouth drop open. 😮 It’s a new level of speed and precision. Boltz did all they possibly could with what they had but Avs weren’t going to be denied. Congrats to them.

  18. After the Caps won in 2018 after beating TB in Conf finals, the next year I was rooting for TB after Caps were out. Hedman deserved a Cup. I had a lot of respect for the team and their veteran players. Watching them make 3 in a row is amazing with the mental toll that goes with having to win 16 games 3 years in a row. My team was out early this year but it was one of the best years of playoff hockey in awhile. Amazing games. COL swept the Oilers but 3 out of 4 games were lights out fun to watch. You said it – a fan of hockey can appreciate other team's success. Bravo.

  19. True avs fan know how dangerous the bolts are. Nothing, nothing, can take away from the bolts 3 trips, and 2 chips. Honestly, isn’t this the best of the nhl? 2 of the best teams batting, story lines all over, and neither team giving an inch until the very end. Nice vid, I choose to think of bolts fans as you, and you as bolts fans all over. Respect.

  20. As always, a classy look from a classy hockey fan. I really, really wish we could have seen these 2 teams go at it with full healthy rosters, but, unfortunately, that simply doesn't exist in post season hockey. Will certainly take your advice and go absolutely nuts at the parade tomorrow… have been waiting 21 years to do so. Look forward to future content and who knows, maybe we get Avs vs. TB 2 next year!

  21. TB has a great team and will be in the mix next year for sure . Avs fan in NB, Canada . Respect to you.

  22. As Avalanche fan for as many years they been a team it’s been astounding to me how sportsmen-like the Lightening fans have been. I love it.

  23. Thanks for the honest incite and videos from a great Tampa fan who knows what he is talking about. As an AVs fan it has been a pleasure to watch one of the best series I have seen in the NHL playoffs ever. I think the AVs learned a lot from the way Tampa plays playoff hockey. Truly amazing what they have accomplished over the last three years. Hats of to them. As for the AVs, Finally. They learned to play just about any style of hockey and adapt to the style of their opponents if necessary to win. My biggest complaint with how the AVs played in the past in the playoffs, is their lack of grittiness, the willingness to get dirty, and frankly just played to much "Cute" hockey in the past. I think anyone who has watched any decent amount of playoff hockey knows that will never work in the playoffs. I honestly think Sakic knew this when he brought Helm, Cogliano, Lehkonen, Strum, and Manson which all played productive minutes and without them I do not think the AVs beat Tampa and possibly bow out before the finals. Truly a great job from the GM to the players. Thank you for the memory. Now how do you keep all of this talent.

  24. I don’t like bolts a lot but I respect your opinion refs are shit for everybody we gonna deal with it

  25. Bro thank you for being realistic. Im the same way, as an Avs fan. Respect to you brother.

  26. That is a class act, true sportsmanship. It was a great series! Maybe we will meet again in the finals next year. Thank you! Aves Fan

  27. Avalanche fan here. Really appreciate your review and that you realize just how great the Avs are. True class!

  28. Nice to see a young sports fan be so respectful and mature in his reaction and analysis. Avs fan here. Keep it up bro.

  29. The thing I find weird is that ppl say that TB is not a dynasty now, that’s dumb. So the last six years they go to 4 Stanley cups and they’re not a dynasty? They called Chicago a dynasty and they won three in 7. Does anyone here think that TB can’t make the Stanley cup again next year? Anyway I’m an avs fan, it was a great series and wish nothing but the best going forward with all hockey fans and their teams next year

  30. Thanks for your comments. You're really good at what you do. You're also fair and honest. I somewhat disagree with you on the Twitter fans' comments being the only place we were hearing and seeing crazy from. I was not impressed by how Jon Cooper handled himself after Game 4 and some of the Tampa players conduct in Game 6. I understand it's a game of passion, but these guys were the back-to-back Champs and I guess I expected better from them. Cooper's comments after Game 4 seemed to steal the glory away from how great a game it was and how great the series was turning out to be. The only thing people were talking about was the too many men, which happens so many times by both teams in the course of the game. Also, the fact that he wasn't crying unfair when his team benefited from it in a previous season, just made him sound cheap. No one was happy with all the delays after Avs goals in Game 6. It seemed like the players were complaining that they got a goal scored on them. If they didn't agree, challenge the call. Also, Maroon taking an are swing at Manson and Stamkos shooting the puck at the ref after the Lehkonen goal seemed pretty classless. Tampa's better than that and the series should have been treated with more respect. They were simply beat by a better team this year. Keep doing your videos. You're really good at it. See you next season!

  31. I have no complaints about the Tampa fans. The players and coach were a surprising kind of shitty about losing.

  32. Big props on your attitude from a lifelong Avs fan. As you said, iffy calls go both ways every series so it's nice to hear your perspective. And as a competitor it makes me happy we had to go through the 2 time defending champs to get ours.
Also, go Rays from a Rockies fan who has given up hope and taken the Rays as my adopted team for the last 10 years!

  33. As an Avs fan, I gotta say you are a true fan of the sport, like and subscribe!

  34. Finally found a sensible, grown up take from a TB fan that knows his shit. You handled this better then your own team at times in this series. I actually (sort of) can't blame some TB fans for making excuses, blaming refs etc. when you see the HC and TB players lighting up the officials for seemingly every single goal and call for 6 games straight. The fans see that, and react accordingly. That said..again…Good take man.

  35. As an Avs fan since they came to Colorado, I have mad respect for you and your content. Lightning is a true dynasty in my eyes.

  36. Thanks man I can’t believe a new Hockey season is here but mad respect for you. I’m an Avs fan since 2008 I’ve been here through thick and thin. All the game 7 loses and in my 17 years of life and 14 years of an Avs fan I love this fucking team
