This losing steak sucks. But, I can't blame the Avs too much because they have 2 of their top 3 players out. Terrible game played by the Avs, great game by the Jets.
Jets need to make some changes for next season, and that starts by hiring a new Coach, that command the respect of the players, and a Coach that can motivate young men. They need to get this right, as they have some good young core talent. They need to do what Calgary did last year, and get rid of a couple players that are a cancer in the lockeroom, that spreads to others.
I'd love to see the Jets in the playoffs next year.
This game was characterized by sloppy play from Colorado’s defence and just a lack of any kind of push from their offense. Kuemper did a great job of keeping this game from being 6 or 7 to 1
I'm new into Hockey and supporting the Jets. How can the Jets lose that many games but then win 4-1 against the team leading in the leaderboard? Like they lost to way worse teams but beat the best?
Something unexpected happened this year a team with this much talent won't make the playoffs, what an absolute travesty considering they can win against good teams regardless of who's out cuz isn't Shciefele out anyway we need a good coach and this team will go far, the pieces are there we just need the right coach
Everybody knows this team is capable of great things it's just so damn frustrating that their season turned out the way it did. It makes me so angry and frustrated and disappointed and sad quite frankly that this happened considering what a waste of talent not being utilized
The Avs are clearly going through the motions which is fine considering they have clinched the western conference but it sure is making me nervous how much this team falls asleep on defense and how frequently they turn the puck over in their zone. Also I’ll be happy if Jack Johnson doesn’t see a second of playoff ice. This dude is a straight up liability.
