This tribute was ruined by the fans who had act like kids I mean Ed Snider himself would had been very disappointed with those idiots for throwing the bracelets onto the ice because the Flyers were losing.

Mason almost got hit by the Caps team bus as he was making his way to the Flyers bus just after the game! Luckily the bus went right through his legs! This happened to Hextall around this time in 1987!

As a Loyal Flyers Fan I Remember Watching This Tribute On TV That Night Almost Crying During The Tribute and During God Bless America Just a Beautiful Tribute Which Included Souvenir By My Favorite Singer Billy Joel Go Flyers!
I remember when Kate would sing at the Flyers games in the 1970's the Spectrum would go nuts and big bad Bruins were in deep trouble, there was no way we would lose. Cause of Mr Synder in every neighborhood we were playing street hockey and wearing our Flyers jerseys or shirts with such pride.
Nice to know the loser who decided to scream out "F*** the Pens" had no respect.

Such a tragic death for Philadelphia fans, yet they couldn't keep the fucking wrist bands on. And that jackass who screamed "FUCK THE PENS" makes me sick. Not the right place or time bud. It was kinda funny, but just terribly disrespectful. Rest In Peace, Ed. Even a year after, we still miss you. Thank you for creating Philadelphia Hockey. You are a true hero.

Too bad Lauren didn't pay tribute to Kate Smith recently when she had the chance. Instead she went right along with the "Kate Smith was a racist" crowd, without a shred of real evidence to back it up. Kate sang a song in 1931 that others sang too, and not a single complaint was ever made about it until 88 years later. Kate's legacy is pure and it's intact. Come join "God Bless Kate Smith ~ The Great Kate Smith Fan Group". We have a ton of her music there too.

The Capitals and Penguins in recent years were good at ruining "Kate Smith Anthem" games for the Flyers, which Philly has historically kicked ass in.
