I hate the Golden Knights ! They were spoon fed winning conditions by the NHL to be competitive right off the bat while teams that have been around for 50+ years like the Canucks and the Sabres are still grinding it big time to win their first Stanley Cup.

I have enjoyed watching Vegas since they came in. They kinda seem to be self destructing though. Hopefully Cassidy can right the ship as it is listing dangerously. Did someone give Mcrimmon free 🍺? I've always loved Vegas since they came in to the league. The reason I said OMG earlier, cause like u, I thought this was a perfect fit. They are about to be a juggernaut franchise.

I hope you're right, coach. Cassidy will have alot of pressure to succeed by the owner. There is no 5 year plan, it's win right now! I surely hope Vegas has the horses to make it happen. Vegas gave up alot of their gritty players, Belmare, Reese, Tuch, Nosek, etc. that gave Vegas transition and toughness, just saying!

Vegas is in “cap hell”; and therefore they “must” move some good money players.
I would like to have whatever Boston is smoking for firing Cassidy. At the same time, Vegas is a mess right now and need of some kind of structure going forward. It just amazes me that Boston really fucked up on the 1st round in the 2015 draft. They could have had Barzal, Connor and Chabot. They could have won the cup.

I'm still mad at what Vegas management did to Fleury 🙁 I hope they keep regressing as the age of their team goes up so that management might learn some humility and respect for the greatest players to play the game before their eventual firings.

I dont know what Jack Eichel will be in Vegas. I do laugh a little when I hear people say he has made every team he has been on worse……… the whole two teams. Win percentage of Buffalo before he got there – .329. Win percentage after he got there .494 with an average of .439 and that includes the last year he was there when he only played 21 games. You take that out and it improves to .461. Win percentage after he leaves is .457. I would say he improved Buffalo, did he get them over the hump…… no. Is that his fault or the front office, dont know. I am holding my judgement on him u til I see a sample size larger then 34 games after a major surgery.

Excited about Cassidy as a Vegas fan . Hope he can help the team and specifically improve our Power Play. It’s struggled for awhile now and it stopped us from getting to the finals in 2021 against Montreal. We should’ve annihilated Montreal . Great breakdown btw man. New sub here 👍🏼
The reason Vegas missed the playoffs wasn’t because of injuries. It was special teams that cost them. Cassidy is a serious upgrade on that alone.
Having Been a Bruins fan living in Vegas Most of my life, I giggled like a little girl when VGK signed Cassidy! I think he is the keystone that could push this team over the edge and make them a powerhouse! I am so excited for 22/23! I was not a DeBoer fan and was struggling with the way that they let Gallant go! But I am truly excited to see what we can do under Cassidy's system! This is all great but it really is only a smoke screen.Everyone seems to forget that we are over Cap. Mark my words, we WILL be losing value and this will not be the team Butch thought he was going to inherit.

Getting fired by Boston is the best possible thing that could have happened to Bruce Cassidy. The Bruins under Sweeney and Neeley have been a dumpster fire for years now and the only direction they are trending in is down. Cassidy made the best of what was available in Boston. Aside from the perfection line, it wasn't much. Now he has the chance to coach with a roster full of ligit NHL quality players. It's looking good for BC. Hope everything works out.
