Sam’s game was softer than a baby’s bottom. Nice guy but he drove me nuts with his gutless play. Levi is going to be solid so I say fair trade.

Sabres now have two franchise defensemen in Dahlin and now Owen Power. Levi is a stud, and if you sign Ullmark that's a pretty decent goalie pool. Some reason for optimism.

I won't miss him. He was lazy off the puck and was just in the right place at the right time, which padded his stats to make him look better. He was a great passer and he was amazing in front of the net, but for a No. 2 overall pick, he didn't live up to his draft selection.
Next: Eichel trade. That's the deal the Sabres really need to hit & get maximum return.
Devin Levi is a good pick up, he was fantastic for team Canada in Edmonton this past Christmas

The long term best outcome is Florida have a top 10 pick next year n the pick defers to the so called 2023 "super" draft and Florida stinks it up again and we get a high draft pick. The 2022 draft is supposed to be nearly as good as 2023 so hopefully we get someone good if it's a late 1st Rd pick

The day Karlsson got traded to SJ was probably the upset I've ever been as a Sens fan, partially thanks to the really underwhelming return we seemingly got. So who knows?
But then I remember the O'Reilly trade and how quickly that aged well and I'm like "there's no such luck for Buffalo".
I go to 20 panther games a year. Levi is alot better then you think he is!!! It was an equal trade.
