Born and raised in Pittsburgh, knew them all…however I don't think I've ever heard anyone use 'worsh' and 'redd up'. The only one I personally use is 'crick'.
Honestly, I've never heard anyone say Redd Up or Jumbo as bologna in Pittsburgh (as I live in it). Everything else I knew though.

I lived in Johnstown PA as a child. we used all these words as well as Mum for Mom. also used PA dutch sentence structure, "throw mum from the train a kiss"
