I'm not sure the Leafs being sooo close to wining a series, and not closing it out is a knock on the G.M. Sounds to me like the G.M. gave the tools to the coach who couldn't get the job done. Which is not to say "Keefe Sucks!"– he doesn't. But following the internal logic of the 'can't close it out' hypothesis, isn't the coach the one that is under the microscope, not the G.M?
