Man, the Bruins have a good team. Excellent offense. But, they hang their goalies out to dry way too often. Three of those goals tonight are squarely on poor defensive awareness. Yeah, Rask let a cheapie get in, but Boston's defense is suspect too often.
Tbh first and fifth goal was mainly due to screening, second goal was solely Rasks fault but the third and fourth shots were just good shots. I’m not surprised we didn’t let up a few more goals solely due to the fact that no one is picking up the open man in front of the net. Majority of the close goals were due to some random bruins player just watching the duck player sitting in front of the net waiting for a rebound or a pass. Also the first goal was mainly due to Rask not being able to see the shooter due to the guy in front of him. (Can clearly tell he was screened due to him literally trying to get his head around the player). I just think offense needs to learn how to cover in front of the net and defense needs to pick up their game. Our penalty kill also sucks. It’s so annoying seeing people constantly saying it’s all rasks fault we keep losing, I mean have you actually watched the game or are you just annoyed just to be annoyed. Ullmark and Swayman will probably return start of next season but for now they were not ready and for tukka not playing for an entire season and all of a sudden jumping back into it he’s doing good, most goalies would probably let a few more of the 2nd goals in.
Charlie McAVoy gets multiple penalties a game. Its ridiculous. And Rask gets multiple goals scored on him every game. They both need to walk infront of a train. Do everyone a favor
