  1. Montreal bound . Thats if the Jets are not able to resign him.
Luc you just played the wrong card

  2. Trade him to Arizona for a few picks out if the 50 they have the next few drafts. He's at best a 2nd line center, and obviously has such an ego as to do this two years out and tell his entire team he's not interesting in sticking around and building something long term. Let perfetti come up and play 2c behind scheifele.

  3. Omg you knuckleheads making all sorts of judgements on the player and don't even know how long his contract is jeez typical.

  4. He going to toronto and dubass giving him the standard team friendly hometown discount contract of 8 years 11 million per year!!! Book it!!!

  5. 2016 draft has some headaches.
    Laine? Gone.
    Dubois? Gone.
Matthews? Only committed 5 years so he can leave asap.
    Lmao

  6. This guy is going to become an object of ridicule from the fans, and his trade worth will fall off a cliff.

  7. OooooOOhhh! So, a bunch of guys who have no idea what they are talking about!

  8. People always give PLD way too much intellectual credit. I’ve seen him act like a brain-dead man-child over and over again; I promise he isn’t playing any mind games with management.

  9. If he wants out, WPG must try to make a trade with PHI, so Dubois would be reunited with his favorite coach, Tort 😂 … then he'll want out of PHI also.

  10. I have to wonder, given what happened to the Jets (from 2nd-round playoff team in 2021 to missing out, albeit by under 10 points, the following year), why Dubois is all of a sudden acting like he's the angriest man on Earth whilst Nick Suzuki and Joel Armia, who played for the Habs during their 2021 Stanley Cup run AND the disastrous season that was to follow, don't seem to be expressing claims of wanting off their own team's roster; just 10 days ago, Andrea Rowe claimed, in a Habs on the Prize article ("Thursday Habs Headlines: Nick Suzuki embraces the Montreal community"), that Suzuki had embraced having been living in the Greater Montreal Area during the regular season. I've heard nothing about whether Kent Hughes, the GM of the Habs, has plans to move Armia, with Patrick Lortie of A Winning Habit having claimed ("Montreal Canadiens: Joel Armia Deserves Another Chance

") about Armia having, as of May, deserved "another chance."

  11. I can't see anyone trading for him unless he guarantees to sign long-term. The dude is gonna have forced himself out of two franchises but of course nobody is gonna call him a team cancer because he's a good ol Canadian kid

  12. Would have preferred the guy straight-up asking. Pretty weak character. The fans will hate him either way.

All I remember from him recently is that shift he completely gave up. Have never seen any one else do that so blatantly.

Prima-donna. The ego is strong with this one.

  13. He wants to be in Montreal and always has lol. He tried to strong arm the CBJ into trading him there, and the CBJ sent him to Winnipeg because it was hilarious and worked to get Laine and Roslovic. Now Dubois is whining his way out of another team. Dubois is a loser who hates tough situations and can't stand the fact he isn't a face of the league lol. That's all he cares about is himself. Locker room cancer.

  14. I'd like to point out that Khrushchev was not the person that brought nukes up first in the Cuban Missile Crisis- The US pointed them at Moscow through Turkey before Khrushchev responded by moving nukes into Cuba. Just saying!

  15. This is rough. It could be a brinksmanship move but, IMHO, that is poor negotiation. Also, I agree with Steve's assessment re Jets' locker room. But I see it getting better…

  16. you guys should make more clips for each show- I rarely have time to listen to the whole podcast in one go, but I generally watch most of the 10~ minute clips from each show, and this is more ad revenue for you anyway
