  1. I hate Vegas too but not there fault stone and patches hurt for more than half of season lol. Also, Fluery has been shaky for Minny just got a good record cause of the team he plays for. He will collapse in playoffs

  2. I mean they completely stabbed hockey royalty in the back (Fleury 🌻). They also mortgaged their future for aging proven talent (Stone, MaxPatch, Peiterangelo). Then they went and grabbed locker room cancer (Eichel). It's all karma?🏒🤷🐅

  3. The Vegas Golden Knights could have been the standard for modern day expansion teams for the good reasons.

They could have won the cup in just 5-6 years. That’s why the New York Islanders will forever be the true standard for expansion teams, because they did their process perfectly. They were historically terrible for 2 seasons, got the right goalie (Billy Smith) and coach (Al Arbour) for their future, hit a grand slam on every draft pick, contended for 5 seasons, and then won the Stanley Cup for 4 straight seasons! While the Florida Panthers expansion process wasn’t quite as successful as the Islanders, Bill amazingly built a very good expansion team, and they were still relevant for 3-4 seasons after that 1996 run. That’s why Bill Torrey is in the hall of fame, and this is coming from a Pittsburgh Penguins fan!!

Instead of following a more patient route, Vegas has turned a once promising franchise into a richer version of the Ottawa Senators and Arizona Coyotes. Why? Because they’re way too obsessed about winning the cup right now, they treat every player like toys and robots, and they swung on and missed the Moment they backstabbed Fluery. At least their fans sort of care right now, although some of their fans are stupid and delusional.

Fire the whole front office, and Let the downfall begin

  4. I was told he needed to suit up for the game to make his contract. Take it for what it is but that is what was told to me. IDK how all the contract stuff works but that was the info shared with me.

  5. Soft take ..I’m not defending Vegas but asking him to serve as a backup is not that big a deal. Pretty sure Surgury was written on the wall the entire time he was playing hurt. Robin was cool with it I bet.

  6. When talking about how vegas treat their players don’t forget about the Dadanov situation as well. On top of what happened to Fleury, Lehner and having the most delusional fanbase on all of social media

  7. I think Yizerman should trade for Lehner in the offseason, with Griese he'll probably be gone next year and Cossa needs time in the AHL oven to bake and seeing how little they traded Fleury for, i imagine it wouldn't take much draft capital to get him, Robin and Ned would great in 2023

  8. For me the Vegas fans need to know what suffering is, like the rest of us fans. Let it begin 😉

  9. scumbag franchise, plain and simple. No respect for their own players. Hopefully Dallas can put the nail in the coffin tonight with a big win

  10. Every year, there are a few teams who end up being the laughing stock of the League for a certain amount of time. Earlier this season, it was Vancouver. Then it was the Habs, and after that the Flyers. The Dadonov debacle at the trade deadline put Vegas under the spotlight and they remained under it since then. The thing is, while Vancouver, MTL and Philly ended up having bad season for hockey-related reasons, Vegas sucks for human-related reasons, which not only is worse, but it will be harder to fix. I hope DeBoer won't be there next year. He has to know that he's going to get fired. They fired Gallant and he had such better record.

  11. Jack Eichel: Leaves a team for not allowing him to have surgery.

Also Eichel: Joins a team that doesn't allow a player to have surgery.

  12. I dont like what they're doing to players but I do enjoy having a villian in the league

  13. they're a trash organisation lol

and they tried to pull a tampa and cheat with cap circumvention

  14. You're right. Players pay attention to these things. It could hurt the team's ability to acquire talent in the future kind of like Arizona playing on college ice or Buffalo playing in…. Buffalo. A team could survive one or two bad controversies if they right the ship and do something positive. If they keep projecting dysfunction they will suffer the consequences.

  15. Kelly McCrimmon is an embarrassment. He’s done nothing but let people go in shocking fashions to craft a team of his own. Also, does he not know how a salary cap works? Another bush league move by a bush league GM. Vegas made millions of mentions of having a room full of character then McCrimmon pisses all over that to bring in his blue chips. Honestly, Kelly McCrimmon is the cancer in Sin City.

  16. Lehners a flake. Hes also a problem.
Additionally, hes not really a very good goaltender considering his contract.
Big mistake choosing Lehner over Fleury.

  17. I don’t really care about Vegas Knights, but I wish Eichel nothing but lack of success and little or no playoff experience. So far so good!

  18. So I live in Vegas and wanted to provide some context. Fleury as every fan knows is as amazing of a person as he is a goalie. He loved it here, his family loved it here. He was really involved in the community heck a chocolatier on the strip made a life sized version of him out of chocolate. Anyways he was the face of the franchise and everyone knows he couldn't play forever which is fine, but to not let him retire here was so dirty. So this whole Lehner thing was a disaster and they probably shouldn't have signed him. So no Lehner couldn't fill those skates not just because of the on ice stuff but because Fleury is adored (The Man and the Goalie) in Vegas. I was so disgusted not just that they let him go but how they did it I stopped following the Knights and am so happy they missed the playoffs and Flower is in with the Wild! GO WILD!

  19. Like it or not, some fans are going to be vocal and critical no matter how well a player is playing, especially one that replaces a fan favorite. There are some fans that talk smack on the Knights website with no doubt, but count them up and compare the number of commenters against the average atendence to their home games and it doesnt amount to a high percentage of their fans. Those idiots do not count as the entire fan base and should not be getting credit for being so.

  20. Thompson is going to be loved next…until the fans quickly turn on him like always.

  21. Lol lehner is a cry baby, he literally blsmed buffalo for his failure there but not his drig and alcohol addictions

  22. Yeah it's not Lehner's fault, nothing is EVER Lehner's fault. Being an alcoholic in Buffalo wasn't his fault, the doctors failed him on his ankle recovery in Buffalo wasn't his fault, his glaring five hole and terrible goaltending wasn't his fault.

  23. Just think of what could have been with Vegas. All the cap in the world, you have a bunch of character guys and draft picks and make the finals instantly…then you sign all of these all stars and bury the old players and trade them away WITH all the picks they have. Kinda a circus over there

  24. Robin lehner is a cancer in every lockeroom he's been in. There is a reason why despite his talent, NOT A SINGLE TEAM will keep him on. Deboer made a poor choice to bring him on and keep vs fluery

  25. i was hoping preds fired hynes and hired deboer. vegas tried buying a cup and almost succeeded and thats just unacceptable, thats why i hate them. since thats going away year after year. vegas is freaking out and making bad decisions to tryta rush that cup run.
