As a VGK fan, a Pacioretty trade is something I was pushing for as he has not been all that healthy for a few seasons… it’s just how they executed the trade. 2 straight off seasons where they initiate a blockbuster trade and get nothing in return. If they keep doing this, the more the team is pushing more towards a rebuild than a cup winning team.
Knowing Vegas I feel like they’re going to have that future consideration be Svechnikov or Aho. Probably Svechnikov because that’s a bigger name. As a Carolina fan, I do not want that to happen at all but I’m amazed they gave up Pacioretty.
