I'm not sold on either of the frst 2 picks. Adams passed on McGroarty, Nazar, Geekie and I was hoping for Pickering as their second selection. Hope they can score a ton of points but I was hoping for guys with size, attitude and more sandpaper in their game. Give Adams his props for trying to swing that deal with the Senaturds. Go Sabres!

Not sure if KA watched any of the playoffs series. nothing against any of the draft choices all have great skills, and if the nhl banned body checking the sabres would do real well , but unfortunately hockey is a physical sport and the sabres whole organization is full of skill guys with the no interest in physical play . If they are to be really competitive Adams must sign a few guys that don’t mind doing the dirty work . I am really puzzled by KA not seeing the glaring need for this type of players!
Is he tiny enough? My dream is my Sabres have a team that all weigh 155 and go to Bawstawn and scurry like little ants!

I think i under stand the tiger jacket this kid is ferocious goal scorer he got the celebrations down at number #9 that pick could be viewed as number 4 or 5!
