  1. I just don't understand Gary's obsession with this team. I mean, he and the owners must be profiting in some way from it. probably drugs and gambling.

  2. The logo on center ice isn't completely true they're going to have both logos on center ice

  3. Ridiculous to charge $450 for tickets, especially since the Coyotes have a pathetic team for a lot of years.

  4. All I want to know is whether or not their "Shrine" new arena in Yuma has been approved or not. Last I heard they were having a tough time getting the Yuma city council to vote in favor of it.

  5. Also heard that the Coyotes cannot sell tickets behind the net, because ASU refuses to move the gym equipment thats sitting against the wall.

  6. Unfortunately I don't think most owners care about bad attendance numbers as long as they can still somehow make money. Of course if the Coyotes do sell ASU out, it could become like Cartmanland in South Park: all of the sudden people will have more interest in the Coyotes if tickets are hard to get even if it's for stupid reasons.

  7. ASU has already corrected the false stories that the Coyotes’ logo won’t be on the ice. That is false. The Coyotes logo will be on the ice.

  8. Just relocate the Yotes to Houston and call them the Desperados. I guarantee you they'd sell out on tickets in that market

  9. moron bettman says revenue will go up in 5k arena compared to and 18K stadium…..he is a moron beyond comprehension….

  10. It is still rocking me that they are playing in an arena smaller than a Major Junior team, and not have their logo on center ice.

  11. Phoenix Coyotes should of been dead in 2010. This had been so embarrassing.

  12. im not sure if this is true but i saw somewhere online that the season tickets were already sold out as soon as they went live take this with a grain of salt cus im not 100% sure

  13. 2/3 of the tickets are sold in the third week of July prior to single game tickets going on sale. Complete falsehood regarding the Coyotes not having their logo at center ice. This video aged like milk, eh?

  14. I’m still in disbelief and find it totally absurd that a professional league would stay in Arizona after decades of losses. Is there a market? Probably, Phoenix area has a huge population and lots of potential. But, growing up in Quebec City, as a Nordiques fan, the league moved a team that was profitable in months…yes the ownership was afraid that without a salary cap, wich Bettman was totally against in 95, the salaries would go up and then the team wouldn’t make a profit anymore. Just really sad to see a profitable traditional hockey market team with hardcore fans being pushed to a point where ownership can’t have an agreement with the league to stay profitable when the Coyotes lost millions in the last 20 plus years, went bankrupt, even with hockey revenues redistribution and a salary cap wich the Nordiques were told it would never happen. I still can’t believe how other team owners and nhlpa can let that happen…

  15. Calgary played in about a 7,700 seat arena when they first left Atlanta, but the new building was already under construction. This is an embarrasment. I really hope they sell out and are successful in getting the new building built, but 3-4 years of this is going to be hard. The first year is novelty, and some will go jjust for the unusual experience, but with a shitty team, the novelty will wear off.

  16. I remember when I lived in Phoenix(The first time) The Los Arcos Project in South Scottsdale was on the table in 1998 and that got scrapped. If that got built, the Coyotes would not be in the situation now……
