Absolute best signing in years. Hats off to the young guns that held it down the best they could, but with the core aging it was time to pull the trigger and get an elite goalie such as Darcy. Hasn't been the same since Holtby left. Can't wait for the next season.
Congratulations to Darcy on the new contract! He'll forever be an Avalanche legend here in Colorado, and it's sad to see him go, but I love that he landed in a great place! I wish him all the success in the world (except when he plays against a certain team 😉 )

I love this signing. It is sublime to know for Ovi's last years in Washington he'll have the legit no.1 goalie that he deserves. Let's get cup no.2.

As A Washington Capitals fan, I'm generally happy for Darcy. If he can do it in Colorado he can do it in Washington also. Best of luck Darcy.
