Garland has been playing well as of late, but he just hasn't been getting the bounces. Glad to see him end the slump and hopefully he turns it on for the rest of the season.
Sadly, as a Canuck fan, it's too little too late. Losing those back to back games at home against Detroit and Buffalo a couple weeks ago was the end of their hopes.
This was a must win match, San Jose being one team close behind Vancouver in the hunt for that wildcard spot in their division. Good to see the Canucks hang on for a win, got my fingers crossed they will make the playoffs! Also good to see Chiasson's recent point getting streak; I remember when he played for Calgary, Washington and Edmonton, he was a really good player and with his recent form he will be a valuable asset to the Canucks offense!
I want to fight you for making a awesome hit on a team mate with our shielded helmets on. Joke. All three thought he was going to pass on the 2nd goal. Very nice when any crapifornia team loses.
Even if you’re not for the Canucks you have to admit they have had an interesting season this year. Good for them to kick Green to the curb. I always said he coddled them and made the losses palatable..which kept them in a rut. Look at them now! They’re a better team than Green expected.
A fight with the Sharks—I’m here for it! 🥰
Pacioretty is back and Stone will probably be back..let’s see how you faire on Tuesday!
Who knew Dickinson had hands like that? The guy scores once in a blue moon and yet he can do that? Why not do it more often? After all he does play on one of the top three lines usually top two.
I hope Bruce is noticing Garland and Podkolzin's play. They've both been excellent, even when they're not putting up points. Those guys need to get more ice time. Bo and Vasily have shown some good chemistry and they play a similar style.
During Boudreau's first year with the Capitals, his team won 11 of their last 12 games and just made the playoffs. They needed 93 points and got 94. They were the only team in their division (3 divisions per conference back then) to make the playoffs so they automatically got 3rd place in their conference which is interesting since the 7th and 8th place team in the conference that year had also had 94 points.
If they had one fewer wins, they would've missed the playoffs due to a tiebreaker with the Carolina Hurricanes.
Now, the Canucks have won the first 3 of their final 12 games of the season. Can Boudreau repeat the same success with the Capitals? He would need to. If he does, he's a Jack Adams nominee in my mind.

Both Couture and Bonino should rethink how they play the puck.. Several unnecessary shots instead of doing a pass to someone wide open
So your saying there's a chance?
Podz with Horvat, Chiasson with Petey, that is some chemistry! The other Forwards can be dealt!
🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤ Go team Go Vancouver
HAHA THANK YOU CANUCK FOR COVERING ME THE LAST 30 SECS 😈
What a finish.
It's already in the bag but add the empty netter to make it sting a little more.
Go Canucks go!

Another Huge W. it’s going to be so damn unfortunate if this canucks team misses the playoffs…
Chiasson is on fire
Someone in San Jo did something to really piss Lord Stanley off.
Kyle Burroughs is a beauty. If it came down to it, I'd rather him in the lineup over Dermott.
congrats Canuks! Please bring back your old team jersey logo .

Gutsy performance in do-or-die time. Let's get the next one to keep things interesting.
Chiasson too good
Whatever happens this season I'm so glad we cleaned our entire coaching staff and front office it has seemed to spark this team
Our core for the future
Petterson
Horvat
Garlund
Hunghes
Demko
As great as a year he has had now is the time to trade Miller before he walks away with nothing
Trade him to Buffalo for Tuch and maybe a 1st and 2nd this year
Trade Boeser (even though I really like him he's always hurt and his contract is coming up) Trade him to Boston for Debrusk

Kinda funny you wonder why the Canucks went 0/7 on the Power Play only to find out that the Sharks has the 2nd best Penalty Kill in the league.
Surging cancuks 🐑🐴🐒
So you're telling me there's a chance…… (Jim Carey voice)

If the Sharks dont win again and the Red Wings keep winning the Sharks will move up to the 9th pick.
Who the hell is Chiasson and why is he so good? He won a Stanley Cup?!
Oh Nucks, why do you tease us so? Giving us hope…

Need more guys like Lockwood. Keeps the other teams at bay, and makes them think twice before they dangle.

Breaking: Jim Benning has signed Chaisson to a 6×6 contract.
Jim on the signing "He's a foundational player and stuff."
A of the best games of hockey I’ve seen this year, beautiful performances from each team
Kyle Burroughs so underrated this year. Canucks started winning once he came back
San Jose unable to play spoiler tonight!
Touchdown
Why was Meiers so mad at Lockwood?? hahaha he legit tried to lay him out in a vulnerable spot and got knocked down himself
7:36 I don't know why that defender was angry. It wouldn't have made a difference to them.
Lockwood knocked down Meier- John Shorthouse.
play shouldve been stopped ref

Обе команды достойно сыграли, прекрасный 🏒
Chaison, Garland and Dickenson. Three sweet goals
