Honestly that should have been a shutout for Saros. Both those goals were on him. He was to far out and to aggressive. When they are that close keep your feet on the pipes. He had several other great stops though.
Team looked better tonight overall but special teams is still atrocious; Losing games because of it. Demko keeping it from being embarrassing. Pettersson having no impact at all. Nice to see Hog get rewarded for his hustle!
As a Canucks fan, I would rather see us play 5 on 5 then seeing us on the PP. Special teams need to improve. Also Pettersson needs to step up big time, if the Canucks want to make it to the playoffs…
Another sloppy game from the canucks. Giving up way to. any break away chances and leaving Demko out to dry. The 2 goals were nice, though. Patient, quality shots by hoglander and boeser.
If the canucks finish worse then the seattle kraken ill be done with this team permanently ive been a fan for 32 years but theres no way a team thats been in the league for 50 yrs should finish below a team in their first season .ive been loyal every year but if they finish below seattle this year i swear to god im done with this team and hockey period .
Duchene is finally playing with confidence and it's showing both in his game and on the scoresheet. Putting Granlund and Duchene on the same line might have been the best move by HCJH so far.
As a Canucks fan all my life..it is hard to see that we don’t have the same jump as the rest of the NHL. Too casual with the puck and too many turnovers. Man on man coverage is terrible. Something has to change
Well, this seasons a write off. Atleast were getting hoglander and Podkolzin some games to settle into the NHL, but with Petterson playing like he's playing, canucks should tank, fire Benning and actually complete the rebuild. That or remain in mediocrity.
I still remember the first American in lined roller skates i got, both of my side hips were like those rocks that burnt out of a volcano. Over two years, three, or almost four years now they were still feeling terrible. But not now, just a tinkling numb that is all.

I guess green at it again with the no adjustments despite after the preds kept getting behind easily for multiple breakaways throughout the game.
