Aperçu de la saison 2019-2020 des Panthers de la Floride

Ils ont eu des problèmes pour arrêter la rondelle la saison dernière, alors ils ont payé beaucoup d’argent pour essayer de résoudre ce problème cette année. 1. This year is the year. I hope so at least. The goaltending is huge. Scoring is there. Had one of the best power plays in the league. They goaltending blew so many leads last year that I was expecting it every game. Thanks for all you do!

  2. Again, I think people miss the mark with the issue with this team. The bad play defensively lead to the bad goaltending. If they played good defense last season, the goaltending would not be getting as much criticism.
And this spotlights the coaching they had. The coaching was subpar. Their system did not fit the players they had. Run and gun, trying to unnecessarily push the pace. Their philosophy was to try to out skate teams, and skating was the one thing this team was weakest at. They weren't totally awful at skating, but that's the last thing you try bank this teams' success on. It put players in a position to get the least out of their potential. It was like, instead of using your brain, let's just try to out skate everybody. Which lead to constant break downs, and just not good overall team play.
If they do get better, it won't be because of Bob, it will be because of Q. And it will be because of better team defense.

  3. Maybe they could have a trade of Puljujärvi for one of Borgström / Tippett / Heponiemi 🙂 ? Just kidding, Pulju is probably out of NHL.

  4. Panthers needs too be good so we can have the battle of Florida back

  5. I think Florida is in for a huge year.
I have Them finishing 2nd. Don’t Sleep on the Panthers this year.

  6. As a Panthers fan thank you for this video. Keeping my hunger for hockey alive and well in the midst of nfl training camp. I haven’t been this excited for a season to start since the beginning of the 2015-2016 season when I had a feeling we’d take a leap(and we did). Seeing coach Q behind the bench with our young core finally taking that leap is what I’m dying to see

  7. Really wish these were more spread out, watching 45 mins of these a day isn’t easy and I’m always missing some

  8. I agree with you 100%. When I look at Florida's line-up and coaching staff, they definitely make the playoffs. I'd be interested to know if you think they're a contender, as I do. Trocheck healthy this year! I'm also interested in knowing if you think Nashville has improved to contender status.

  9. Need to play 60min and not allow goals to tie or blow the game in the last minute or two as they did so many times last year. We look great on paper and look forward to this year for the first time in a long time

  10. The defense was Swiss cheese. Matheson and Ekblad were in the top 5 in TO. That’s not on the goaltender. In fact that made it worse for the goalies.

  11. I would absolutely love for Florida to be as good as they look on paper. I think they'll be a pretty solid wild card team, maybe a ranked seed if Matheson and Stralman can solidify themselves on defense.

This is another franchise that desperately needs a playoff run. They've got the scoring depth to do so, it just depends on if the defense and goaltending improve as much as they should based on the guys they picked up.

Can you imagine the salt if Florida took out Tampa as a wild card? 0_0

  12. Has Denis Malgin signed yet? Not a real big deal but just curious I dont see anywhere about a new contract . Panthers have taken care of the other RFAs but not him.

  13. I like chaos, so I think Florida has a legitimate shot at a cup this year. I root for the Blackhawks, but if they don't win then I'd want the Panthers to win

  14. Said it last year but it has to happen this year that the Florida Panthers will get back into the playoffs. Sergei Bobrovsky has to bring in a few wins. Wild card is in order.

  15. I had money on STL winning the cup last off season once they signed ROR. Granted Binnington was a major catalyst – I see FLA as this year’s STL.

Their Vegas odds went from 11th to 4th best to win the cup on oddshark as well. Seems others agree.

  16. Can Quenville really help is that much? Forgive but as a south Florida fan I can’t see the difference between good coaching and bad coaching. Wasn’t this guy fired from Chicago?
