Thankfully before preseason. Glad new season will be starting with this being history! Really hope for his kids sake he keeps his shite together from now on. On to the new season Kane drama free!

Good for him! That dude needs a couple stable super-star players that can help him find his way when he's off the ice, dude has the touch to be a great one. I really hope the first line of Edmonton can help him straighten out what needs fixing.
The question here is how many draft picks this will cost the Oilers? Historically anything the Oilers do costs them a draft pick for being the Oilers. Does this mean their decade of darkness is really over? How things have changed.

Got think all the GM that have buyouts on there team, would love to get back that caps space once a player sign a new contract with a different team. You give a contract to a player for skill and who they are as a person. Why should the Shark not have a cap hit going forward? Once again the NHL makes things up as they go.

I'm glad he was made whole. Edmonton was getting away with theft for paying a player of his calibre so low.. I see now why he accepted their bid. Mostly to help the team while he made the difference from san jose… Hope Edmonton appreciates what he did and does for them… We'll see
Happy to hear he was paid by the Sharks which we all knew would happen ! He should have taken an even cheaper deal and Made the Sharks pay the difference and keep cap space clear !
Kane should not have gotten anything but a life time ban from the NHL!!!! His conduct does not meet NHL standard EVERY OTHER player accepts and lives by! Kane is a CANCER to this sport!!!!!!!
Bad boy Kane, good amount of goals, not very much defense, fights for his team, breaks many team rules, just not a good team player. Who made that brilliant decision to get him to play for the Sharks ?
