As soon as he said "collegiate" I knew it! This is basically the road jersey for Robert Morris University with a different front.
I like everything else but the logo. Don't look the logo now, didn't like it then. 5/10
Its almost like a rip-off of the Rangers 2018 Winter Classic Jersey. The colors and striping on sleeves and waist are very similar

4 years from now is our 50th anniversary so hopefully we do something big. I really hope we switch to the retro alternates we’ve had for the past few years full time like a lot of teams have done.

The pointy middle part of the w makes me think its in reference to the Washington monument.
The Capitals are kinda my 2nd favorite team and I love that alternate!! I would take that over their current home jersey.

It looks pretty doesn't wow me but it's good that they mush two jerseys.
The Preds haven't had an alt since 2009. I'd love to see them come out with one next. They're one of the few teams that haven't had a third jersey under Adidas.
I think it’s a decent looking jersey, I’ll probably be getting this one. I definitely liked the retro ‘70s ‘80s jersey though, I’m thinking that hopefully it will reappear as a heritage for one or two games a season in the future.
I would create a white version of the reverse retro and make them the official home and away jerseys
I love these New Jersey’s, very gorgeous, BUT my favourite one is the red one with the “W” on it, it has a very vintage look to it
I like how they use the middle of the "W" with a point that references the Washington Monument in their tv preshow.
I'm a lifelong Capitals fan(since 2009) and I personally love this jersey
