This is a disaster for Chevy. Honestly Chevy needs to go, he has allowed Laine to leave because of locker room issues that still haven’t been fixed. Now that lucky number 2 pick over all has been completely wasted with the Dubois fiasco.
If jets are competing in the playoffs next season and win a round of two I’m curious to see how it changes the dynamics of everything.

I don't know how Chevy recovers from this. I'm willing to give him all the props for this team's drafts and all the success building to a Conference Finals appearance in 2018, everything since, the disfunction, the cancers, etc… also fall on him. We need to move on from Chevy and move up. GO JETS GO!

How does trading PLD at the deadline help the Jets? 1. What team is going to give up big capital for a guy who has already said he wants to play in Montreal? All PLD & Montreal have to do is wait. 2. A trade deadline deal will result in late 1st round pick #25-30 because he’ll go to a contender. PLD will get traded to a team that prob wins the cup and then walk right onto the Canadians. Meanwhile the Jets will get a late 1st round pick and take some kids who 4-5 years away from maybe playing in the show.
Chip & Chevy blew this. Chevy should’ve been fired in the Chicago nightmare. Chipman should have zero say in player selection, trades and line up. Trotz was so smart not coming to this dumpster fire of a team.
Right now the Jets are going to role out basically the exact team as last year minus Copp but plus Perfetti. Net net pretty much.

Either the jets get on the Dubois page, or they get used to bottom. Pretty simple.
You don't like that he makes waves, but if you're PLD and your not making waves it means you don't give a shit and that you will let yourself coast.
That shit doesn't work. Wheeler and Mark just dick around out there. It's time for someone (like dubois) who can play at the next level (reaquired to win a cup) to take over.
