With the turnover? It's time. It's not 2010 anymore. The Hawks have to make some battlefield decisions to improve their team, overall. Nostalgia will not win the Hawks another Cup. Toews is a great guy and a Hall of Fame-level player. He will live forever in Chicago sports history. But it's time for him to move on. He's from Winnipeg. The Hawks should trade Toews to Winnipeg for the best the Jets can offer them. The man is at the end of his hockey career. Let the Tazer play his last NHL season in front of his hometown crowd. He's earned that conclusion.
