They looked disjointed out there because the chemistry isn't there yet. But you can see the beginnings of something significant out there, and it's going to be really special once they find their rhythm.
Why in the world would your coach use this line in preseason and start with your number one goalie?
DJ Smith needs to implement some kind of defensive structure in Ottawa or he’ll be on his butt before the first month is over. It’s like they have no defensive structure at all, they never play man-to-man in their own end which cost them time and time again. I get it’s preseason but they looked especially bad in their own end
Heard he’s already day to day. He pulled something while diving a little to aggressively. His diving isn’t in mid season form yet.
