Caufield, Hoffman, Pitlick, Dach, Pezzetta, Matheson, Allen… who’s the other being counted as a veteran? Don’t they need at least 8?

Also, will they name a temporary « A »? I,’m ready for alternate captain Pezzetta.

Really good sign for those who got yesterday and today’s game

Honestly one of the first year in my life where the prospects excite me enough to actually pay attention to a preseason game!

yeah, I really don’t remember seing a best lineup for a first preseason game and there is only 5 veterans. Impressive stuff

  6. With Beck there, we can already assume that the top 6 to start the season is:
    Caufield – Suzuki – Hoffman
    Dadonov – Dvorak – Gallagher

Put Ghule with Savard and let Xhekaj play with harris for the season and I would prob not miss a game these pair could be quite entertaining.

I have a feeling Hoffman will be tossed from that line real quick

Interesting how MSL keeps true to his habit of shifting some wingers to their off-wing.

Hoffman, Slaf, Richard and Roy are all left shots who usually played LW that are now penciled in on the RW. Caufield moving to the LW seems a permanent thing now.

    So Caufield-Suzuki-Slafkovský could still happen.

Interesting that St-Louis said that those that didn’t play yesterday during the scrimmage would play today, but that’s doesn’t seem to be true for everybody.

Mesar, Mysak, Beck, Richard, Roy, Fairbrother, Primeau and Norlinder all played during the Red vs White game yesterday, but seem like they will be also playing today. Keep in mind that the only Center that didn’t play yesterday was Dach, so it’s not surprising that 3 Centers had to play both day.

Stapley, Dubé, Heineman and Vrbetic were not playing yesterday and are not on the roster for tonight. They are not alone like that, but those are the most surprising names.

Time to overthink what this mean lol.
