  1. Would love to see Eichel on a 2 day contract with the Wild, if he truly is cursed then the Wild would lose both remaining games

  2. Liked because I’m a sabres fan, and you’re very good at analyzing the game of hockey. Keep doing what your doing

  3. Lifetime Sabres here. I am one happy Sabres Fan. We got rid of baby Jack and got Tucher , Krebs and draft picks !!!! Tuch is a great team player and has excellent leadership skills. Krebs is a very hard worker and play maker. Knights didn't deserve to make the playoffs this year because of the whole MAF situation

  4. Letting go of Fleury was not a good move in hindsight. It's not just Eichel's doing , this is a team sport. Other players have to play their part. In a lot of the games down the stretch the Knights just looked like they didn't want it. They are still blessed with depth in the organization and quick retooling should get the job done.

  5. No. 2 drafted Eichel is nowhere comparable to No. 1 drafted McDavid. Edmonton is so lucky to have worn the Lottery that year!

  6. the new taylor hall lol

imagine paying a guy who isn't even a point per game player ten million a year lol

  7. “You Got Jacked” Jack Eichel is still in the NHL? You don’t say, really? A mop, a broomstick and and a dustpan could play better than this mess .! Eichel the Vegas Custodianship is all yours buddy boy

  8. Here is what they should do: Let Smith walk, yeah he has been good, but he is worth 4+ million (and as a UFA at 31 is likely looking to cash in), trade Dadonov properly this time. He is fine as a player, but there just isn't the cap space. Get back like a middling prospect or like a 3rd. Then the harder part, you either have to trade Lehner or fire Daboer. If they trade Lehner, then it will be hard to find a better goalie for less money. If they keep Lehner and fire Daboer then they should move Broissot. That would save them 1.5 million in cap thus making it possible for them to keep Roy. Then try to find a FA that is willing to take like 1 year 1 mil deal to prove himself to get a bigger payday or stay in the league (guys like Vicktor Rask, Noel Acciari, Vinnie Hinostroza, Tyler Ennis and Aston-Reese come to mind). Then try again, this time hopefully with healthier team.

  9. Welcome to cap hell Vegas no ones taking any of those players with those cap hits without Vegas sweetening the deal only problem is what will they sweeten the deal with they got no draft picks anyone will be interested in and no young guys in the system they could entice teams with. They are screwed they will have to buy guys out and ruin the chemistry even more and they got Lenher that might not ever play again it’s a mess and I call it karma mostly for what they did to the Flower.

  10. From what I heard is vegas wanted to reverse the eichel trade and buffalo declined the offer but instead told vegas they would give them the 3 first round picks that they have currently for Jack eichel and nothing else but eichel must earn his way back onto the roster by clearing his attitude and keeping his negative culture out of the locker room

  11. It’s glorious as a Sabres fan to watch Eichel go down in flames in Vegas..also Lehner as well..both are drama queens

  12. Their pick is protected at top ten, watch us get 15 overall. When you don’t make the playoffs, your pick is the only thing to think about positively. I thought the pick would be high 20s, and so did VEGAS

  13. Eichel is a stick snapping, silver spoon crybaby. It was seen by former teammates in Buffalo. IE: Oreilly and Rhinehart to name a few. He is no leader. He is ENTITLED. I love the fact that Tage Thompson broke his high water goal mark in Buffalo. Good riddance To Jack.

  14. Eichel was cursed by being picked by the Sabres. Pegula went out of his way to destroy a playoff team when he fired Lindy Ruff. The Sabres mismanagement of Eichel’s neck surgery didn’t help any. The way the Sabres have been badly managed since the Pegulas bought the team makes me think how they would have messed up McDavid if they won the lottery. I’m a Buffalo born Sabres fan since expansion, living in Las Vegas on and off since 1980.I got to see my 2nd expansion team, The VGK, make a run for the Cup their 1st year and they’ve had a good run. Well, you know, there’s always next year.

  15. Eichel is a talented baby. He always quits. He quits on plays, quits on shifts, quits on games and worst of all he quits on his teammates.
Every time I hear a player complain about losing I want to slap 'em. You're on the team, they lost, that means you (Eichel) weren't good enough to make a difference.
Seeing the little crybaby miss the playoffs in Vegas is the icing on the Cake.
Seeing Tage Thompson put in more goals in a season than Jack ever did is even better.

  16. There was never a question about Eichel's talent in Buffalo. Never. He put up numbers, he put up stats. He is as talented a hockey player as there is, so saying he had goals and points in Vegas doesn't surprise me at all. What he doesn't have is an attitude that inspires others to strive to be their best. You pointed it out yourself, the little eyeroll when it absolutely was not the goalie's fault. The pouting. His postgame interview when they played the Sabres. He's not a good teammate, he wears his Boston arrogance proudly. The reason why we as Sabres fans like Tuch and Krebs is because it's clear they want to be in Buffalo, they want to be part of the turnaround and end the playoff drought. Tuch reminds us of another young leader in Buffalo who has taken on the NFL by storm. If Eichel's attitude ever changes, maybe he won't be "cursed", but until then he'll just be a supremely talented player in it only for himself.

  17. Buffalo is moving in the right direction. On the other hand, Vegas is moving in the wrong direction.

  18. Vegas could have used a Marc Andre Fleury to solve their awful goaltending situation. Too bad they didn't have one

  19. Jack Eichel for MVP will be a great value prop bet. It’s amazing how fast people forget how good this guy is. Here in Buffalo we like to say how great someone is until they leave and then all of a sudden they’re bums.

  20. When Eichel blew off Craig Rivet’s youth hockey team right to their faces with his infamous eye roll the curse was set. He may never lift it.
