  1. I can't help but be relieved to hear you say Marchand isn't on the list.

As a relatively new die hard hockey fan its fun to see some other names I don't know as much about.

  2. Hoo boy…. This is a tough one, as Boston is among my least favorite teams, due to me being a Leafs fan. But, for the sake of my comment, I'll state the player that I don't mind.
    David Pastranak.

  5. I wish I saw more guys from the 2011 Stanley Cup like Campbell, Thorton, or Seidenberg. They obviously weren't the best players, but they were so much fun to watch.

  6. Great list here! I’m a little younger than you (born in 95), but I think all of the players from my era are spot on. Marc Savard is one Bruin who I wish made this list. He had incredible creativity, vision, and skill. Plus he put up some great numbers as a Bruin before his career was cut short by concussions. I always wonder what it would be like to watch Savvy play in today’s NHL where skill and speed dominate!

  7. I literally yelled "thank you" at my tv when you said, thank you Ulf Samuelson….good grief that upset me back then. Cam was absolutely one of my all time favorites! His loss definitely impacted that season back then. Love the videos!

  8. My top 10 favorite Bruins:

    1. Cam Neely
    2. Adam Oates
    3. Andy Moog
    4. Shawn Thornton
    5. Milan Lucic
    6. Blaine Lacher
    7. Patrice Bergeron
    8. Zdeno Chara
    9. Tyler Seguin
    10: Ray Bourque

  9. You know who really knows their hockey and is an actual rational Bruins fan as they put Rask before Thomas.

  10. Adam Oates actually put up 45 goals along with 97 assists for 142 points and his career high that year. Also one of my favorite Bruins. Sergei Samsonov is another i like.

  11. Are you fucking kidding me ? Bobby Orr isn't number one ? Bobby Orr isn't on the list ? What the flying fuck ?

  12. I had the incredible luck to play net for a Mylec street hockey commercial with Adam Oates in the mid 1990s. Hung out for a few days with him and Neely(they were filming a hockey instructional video for kids). At the end of one day of on ice filming I played 2 on 2, no goalie. Me and Oates against Cam and my friend. We’re in the corner fighting for the puck and my friend says ;”This is not happening😂”. Both nice guys. Adam got us tickets to a game then we went out for drinks after the game. Very generous guy. Cam was quiet and Adam was friendly but serious. I asked him who was the best player he played with or against. He said the best two way player was Yyzerman. Such great memories. As for my list 1.Orr (saw him play his final few years at the garden. Other 9 in no specific order Gilles Gilbert -Bergeron -Moog -Thomas -.Brad Park -Bourque -Cheevers -Marchand (skill-not his antics!)-O’Reilly

  13. Marchand is on my list even though is one of the reasons Vancouver had so little success against them. I remember Espo and Orr, but barely. Jay Miller. Miller Time. I did not like Lucic against us also, but as a player really liked that he dominated as a goon. Glen Wesley ex Canuck.
