A game that was nowhere NEAR as close as the scoreline would indicate. Binnington honestly could have been yanked in the first period if some of those shots off the iron had gone in but he was also the only one giving his team a damn chance out there tonight. The Avs likely aren't going to have this kind of bad luck (they hit the post or crossbar 5 times tonight) again so St Louis better figure out another strategy besides "let Jordan take care of it" lol

Avalanche had so many pucks hit the bar, the Avalanche played so bad and managed to still win 🤔 the blues will get swept. They have zero chance considering how bad the avs played and they still won .

Avs fan here: Man people have really criticised Binnington this year. He did lose the net to a rookie. But I hope no one gives him shit for this one, he stopped 50 of 53.
Binnington had a great game, he can carry the Blues through this series if they help him out a little bit. 50 SOG should never happen in the playoffs.

Im an Avs fan and colorado resident.. Colorado better hope they can keep up the pressure. Because if it comes to a battle of goalies…avs are doomed. Kuemper is a mediocre keeper on a very good team.
