  1. Ken Holland needs to bring better and mature supporting cast with more speed and skill. With the amount of rookies or raw talent on this team I'm surprised we made it this far this season. What a entertaining journey. See you next year boys.

  2. The Oilers did great.

Final four is something to be proud of.

Not sure how the team improves next year with an aging Keith and Smith. Kane will be asking for the biggest payout possible.

Oilers desperately need defence, goaltending, and depth if they want to compete with top teams

  3. I've never payed attention to the NHL til now. The Oilers were such an inspiration, launching forward when Calgary put them on notice in game 1. You played with spirit and never let the morale drop. Avalanche were a helluva strong team — no shame in being outdone by a fierce opponent. With the skill and heart you all showed, next year promises something awesome. Thank you for the magic!

  4. Thanks for the many cheering moments and beating Calgary. Very proud of a team that gave some joy to this city after a tough few years in this world. Good job Oilers!!!

  5. I love you all, no matter what and you did your best! Oilers have the big space in our hearts! ❤❤❤

  6. The oilers are a great team and will be a great team for many years to come ! I was worried when I found out my avs would be playing the oilers in the wcf because I know how great of a team the oilers are. Next year the battle will be much closer and if Colorado doesn’t make the cup again next year, I would love to see the oilers right there in their place.

  7. Got dominated by the avalanche 😂😂😂😂😂 Evander Kane is straight trash

  8. Getting beat doesn't mean you didn't care or put everything you could into the game it's just heartbreaking to loose and that's what I see from the boys here

  9. What happened to all the fan boys gushing about how these guys were on another level, and how Wayne Gretxky couldn't skate one shift with them.
How this was the year the other teams had no chance against the Oilers? Hello? Telling people like me how old we are and don't understand the new game. How we just don't get it.
Well, do you get it now?
    IT'S A TEAM SPORT.

  10. Lea Draisatl bottled it with a sore toe and acted like a soccer player taking a flop any time something didn't go his way. Nurse bottled it with a strained hip flexor and said it was 'torn'. Lol Edmonton was a good team but sheesh guys they didn't win a single game. Lets pump the brakes

  11. Thanks for the ride guys, it was a blast. This Oiler team showed an incredible resiliency and they left their hearts at the rink. Leon's celebration after RNH's goal says it all. Thank you for the inspiration you gave us through the last weeks. What a group of warriors. All the best from Germany!

  12. The Oilers players played above their head. Upper management let this team down. One can only imagine if GM Ken Holland figured out a trade for a “Real” NHL top tier goaltender. Before anyone tells me it’s impossible in this salary cap world, Look no further than TB GM Julien Bresisbois. No cap space & gets Nick Paul, Brandon Hagel & Riley Nash. Traded away top picks, but he’s honoring The Lightning core & specifically Steven Stamkos. Oh well, let the Oil Media Love-fest begin! I argue that Canadian Media running cover all year for M.Smith was a joke. The Canadian is holding back Toronto & Edmonton. These teams should be angry! Instead the media gives them a PASS.

  13. Hopefully the Oilers understand how much work still needs to be done. They got to the WCF, but in reality they went through two weak teams to get there. They weren’t close to the Cup this year. It was better than last year, but there’s still a ton of work to do.

  14. If the Oilers want to be more successful in the playoffs they need to play more of a team game. Right now Edmonton is McDavid and Draisaitl. And I feel both of those players need to be more team oriented.

  15. My hat is off to you guys and your new coach Jay. It does suck to loose but remember your one of the best. A lot of other teams didnt even get to where you are. What a great improvement you guys made. My hat is off to all you players. Your all warriors.

  16. They question these guys right after a loss like this but never a ref. Ever… What a joke

  17. I love the Avs but oilers are good team to I thought it was going six munch respect to oilers

  18. Incredible series from these two! Having said that, anyone else feel like the Oiler's press room at Rogers Place could stand to be moved a bit further from the visitor's dressing room?

  19. Awesome run by a great team. My team (Toronto) can learn a thing or two from all of you over there in oil town.

  20. All I came here to hear was …. ‘Congratulations on what you all achieved this post season and in to the playoffs…see you boys next season”. The end.

  21. 2 amazing players and people. I am not an Oilers fan, but I came here to vocalize my respect. I am in awe of these 2.

  22. Look at these two muppetts. Less pouty pouty and more teamy teamy you two.
Do you see those other 20 people sitting on the same bench as you? Well, they're on the team too and you can totally use their talents too.
Now go golf and think about that.

  23. As an Avs fan I respect this team a lot and I learned recently that this team also struggled in the second round. The only person I do not respect is Kane.

  24. Don't be ashamed you lost to COL, but being taken 7 games by LA should make u not wanna leave the house for months at MINIMUM.
    Go Coyotes !
